Cancellation Policy:

Please inform us if you running late. We may need to reschedule your appointment if the late arrival has an impact on the next appointment.

If you need to reschedule or wish to cancel your appointment, please be advised we require 24 hours notice for a full cancellation. You could incur a 50% charge if this is nor adhered to.

Any change in medication or medical conditions need to be relayed to your therapist before your treatment, ideally 24 hours in advance.
